Shipping Guide

Since all the dresses are made-to-order, we need time to tailor the dresses according to customer's size details, and then ship the dress out. Normally tailoring time will be 20-25days, shipping time will be 4-7 days.

Shipping Methods

As we have doing the dresses business for over 2 years, we established a good relationship with almost all the shipping company including DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,etc. We will choose the best shipping way according to different country.
Normally shipping time will be 3-5 working days.

Order Tracking

After your payment is done, we will follow the order status from the tailoring to the shipping. If you need some information of your order, please feel free to email us. We will make a respond within one business day.
Tracking number will be sent to your email address left in our system, you can log in the related shipping website to get the latest status of your dresses and contact the courier if necessary to get your package.

Cancellation & Return

www.brautkleid2016.de sticks to tenet of “quality first, customer foremost”. We always want to meet our customers' expectation all the time. We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent. But sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please take advantage of our return and exchange policy.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped.
If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package from www.brautkleid2016.de, and make sure whether the favors are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition: unused, undamaged and in original package.
We can’t accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped.

Specific Return Policy

• For Wedding Dresses, Wedding Party Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Customized Shoes, Personalized Accessories/Favors:

Defective, Damaged Items

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged item. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible, which are used for our Customer Service to record and check. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. www.brautkleid2016.de will then ship you a new item immediately.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

The dress you get generally has a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. If your size fluctuates, or you want to alter the dress slightly, you can ask a local tailor to make alterations as your need. However, if a dress has floral detailing, beadings or ribbon & sash, the ability to let a dress out may be restricted.
If by any chance the actual size of your dress differs from the information of your order by more than 1 inch, we encourage you to go for a local tailor for alteration. And we are glad to compensate you for up to 100% for your tailoring cost. Please remember to request a receipt from the tailor and hold it as a copy, as it must be provided when requiring compensation.
For the dress which fits the information of your order but does not fit your body perfectly, your order can not be returned or exchanged. As we provide every dress with additional fabric, we suggest you to ask a local tailor for adjustments, at your own expense.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on www.brautkleid2016.de. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Missing Shipped Product

We will provide a reshipping service or a partial refund in the event of missing shipped items, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of items being unavailable for reshipping. Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.

● Contact Customer Service within 7 days after you receive your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return

● www.brautkleid2016.de doesn't accept returns caused by customer's personal reasons, for all the dresses are made-to-order, even for the standard size. It is impossible for us to resell again.

● Once Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide a partial or full refund of the product purchase price according to the severity of your problem. For the full refund, you need to send the item back to us as soon as possible.

● Items received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged; clean, free of lint and hair, without the smell of any perfume; and with tags intact and attached, in original package.

● Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

• For Clothing, Non-personalized Accessories & Favors, Non-customized Shoes:

If you’re sure that your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process you exchanging or refund. Incorrect Item Issues

The incorrect deliveries of lights or faucets include wrong size, wrong color and so on. If by any chance the actual size and color of your lights or faucets differ from the information of your order, we beg your forgiveness and we will send the right one to you immediately. Also a full refund is guaranteed if you want to cancel the order. We kindly suggest that you look carefully at the product details before you order and we promise that we always spare no efforts doing right things for you.

Return Process

1.Contact Customer Service within the requiring time of different items.Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return, which is necessary for the customer service group to check and record.

2. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to us as soon as possible.Send us the tracking number when you returnedyour item. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. It takes 24 hours for us to confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned after we receive the items.Once confirmed, we will process the refund within 48 hours.
